The Easiest Twice Baked Potatoes (Quick and Easy)

๐Ÿ›’ Ingredients:
๐Ÿฅ” 6 large potatoes (e.g. Irga variety, available in any Polish store)
๐Ÿงˆ 50g butter
๐Ÿฅ› 150 ml milk
๐Ÿง€ 150 g yellow cheese (e.g. Gouda, Cheddar or Emmental)
๐Ÿง‚ Salt and pepper (to taste)
๐Ÿฅ“ 50 g bacon (optional, for those who like it crispy)
๐ŸŒฟ 1 tablespoon chives or parsley (to garnish)
๐Ÿ”ช Preparation steps:
1๏ธโƒฃ Prepare the potatoes:
Wash the potatoes thoroughly and dry them.
Prick each potato in several places with a fork.
Place the potatoes in an oven preheated to 200ยฐC and bake for 60 minutes until tender inside.
2๏ธโƒฃ Remove the flesh:
Remove the potatoes from the oven and let them cool slightly.
Cut each potato in half and carefully scoop out the flesh, leaving about 0.5cm of the skin on to help maintain the shape.
