The Cabbage Soup diet that allows you to lose 4 kg in a week

Preparation

  • Place all the ingredients in the pot
  • Cover the pot with water and bring to a boil
  • Mix while boiling for 10 minutes
  • Reduce heat and simmer soup until vegetables are tender.

Course of the cabbage soup diet: (you can eat in the soup at will, respecting the instructions for each day)

First day

Consume fruits at will except bananas

Second day

Eat vegetables as much as you want except corn and potatoes

Third day

Consume vegetables and fruits at will except for the restrictions of the previous days

Fourth day

Eat soup only

Fifth day

You can add grilled turkey and fish as an accompaniment to the soup
