Instructions:
Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 375oF (190oC). Spray a muffin pan with a cooking coating.
Cook the beef: In a frying pan, cook the minced beef over medium heat until it is no longer pink. Drain the excess fat and incorporate the taco seasoning as instructed on the carton.
Assemble the cupcakes: Place a wonton package in each muffin pan, pressing to form a base. Add a spoonful of seasoned beef on top, then sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Repeat with another layer of wonton, beef and cheese.
Cook in a preheated oven for 15 to 18 minutes, or until the wonton packaging is golden and crisp.
Top and serve: Remove from the oven and fill each cupcake with tacos with grated lettuce, diced tomatoes, sour cream and salsa. Serve immediately
