Strawberry custard rolls

3.) Wash and clean the strawberries and cut them into small pieces.
4.) Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat). 5.) Roll the dough into a rectangle on a floured work surface (about 0.5 cm thick).
Spread the vanilla pudding over the dough and scatter the strawberry pieces on top.
Roll the dough into a log from the longest side and press the end down.
Now, cut the roll into slices about 2 cm thick with a sharp knife and place the rolls on baking sheets lined with parchment paper, leaving a little space between them.
Bake in a preheated oven for about 12 minutes (one sheet at a time).
