Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
Spread the melted white chocolate evenly over the parchment paper.
Crush the freeze-dried strawberries and bananas and sprinkle them on top of the white chocolate.
(Optional) Melt the dark chocolate chips and drizzle over the bark.
Refrigerate for 1 hour or until set.
