Marinate shrimps:
1. In a bowl, mix the shrimp with 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and a pinch of pepper. Leave to marinate for about 15 to 20 minutes while you prepare the other ingredients.
Whitening green beans:
1. Bring a saucepan of salted water to the boil. Add the green beans and cook for about 2 minutes until they turn bright and slightly tender green. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop cooking. Set aside.
Stirrup:
1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large frying pan or wok over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and ginger sliced and jump for about 30 seconds until they are scented.
Add the shrimps:
1. Add the pickled shrimps to the frying pan and jump for about 2-3 minutes until they become pink and opaque. Remove the shrimp from the frying pan and make a reservation.
Cook the green beans:
1. In the same frying pan, add a little oil if necessary. Add the bleached green beans and jump for about 3-4 minutes until they are tender and crisp.
Combine:
1. Put the cooked shrimps back in the frying pan with the green beans. Add the sauce to the oysters and sesame oil. Mix it all until everything is well mixed and warm.
Serve:
1. Taste and adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper if necessary. Fit with sliced green onions and sesame seeds if desired. Serve hot on steamed rice or noodles
