Square dark chocolate and mint🍫🍃

Preparation time: approx. 35 minutes (+ 2 hours rest) For
6 people

Ingredients:
Chocolate base:
100 g of flour
2 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder
80 g of sugar
80 g of melted
butter 2 eggs
1 pinch of salt
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder

Menthol cream:
200 g mascarpone cheese (or cream cheese)
80 g sugar (adjust to taste)
2 eggs
1 teaspoon mint extract (or 1 tablespoon mint syrup)
1 to 2 drops green food coloring (optional)

Step by step preparation:
Prepare the chocolate base:
in a bowl, mix the flour, cocoa, baking powder, sugar and salt.
Then add the 2 eggs and melted butter. Beat until you have a smooth paste.
Pour the dough into a square mold (about 20 x 20 cm) lined with baking paper.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (gas mark 6) for 12-15 minutes. Remove from the mold and let cool.
