Prepare a 15 x 8 cm round cake tin by wrapping it in plastic wrap. Make sure to wrap several layers of film on top of each other and secure them securely with a rubber band.
Soak the gelatin in cold water and let it soften.
Gently heat the Zero Sprite over low heat.
Squeeze the water from the softened gelatin and add it to the hot Zero Sprite, stirring well until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
Pour the mixture into the prepared tin and place it in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, until the gelatin has completely solidified.
Once the jelly is ready, carefully remove it from the tin and transfer it to a serving plate.
Prepare the whipped cream by whipping the cream with the sugar until it becomes soft and whipped. Place the whipped cream in a piping bag fitted with a fluted nozzle.
Decorate the jelly cake with whipped cream to your liking and top with blueberries.
Cut the cake with a knife previously moistened with water to obtain perfect, soft slices.
Serve your Jelly Cake Zero Sprite and enjoy its fresh and light taste!
