Soft Gingerbread Michalak Style

1. Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 160°C (320°F).
2. Heat the Wet Ingredients:
In a saucepan, heat the honey, brown sugar, milk, and butter until the butter is completely melted.
3. Mix the Dry Ingredients:
In a bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and gingerbread spices.
4. Combine the Mix-ins:
Add the egg to the honey, sugar, milk, and butter mixture and mix well. Then add this liquid mixture to the dry ingredients. Mix until smooth.
5. Baking:
Pour the batter into a buttered and floured loaf pan. Bake for about 40 minutes. Check for doneness with the tip of a knife; it should come out dry.
6. Cooling:
Let cool before removing from the pan.
7. Serving:
