So divine! Whenever I need to serve a treat meal, this is at the top of the list!

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
Using kitchen shears, carefully cut the top shell of each lobster tail down to the fin, and gently pull apart the shell to expose the meat.
In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over the exposed lobster meat.
Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and cooked through.
Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Variations & Tips
For a spicier kick, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the garlic butter mixture. If you prefer grilling, you can grill the lobster tails over medium heat for about 10 minutes, basting with the garlic butter as they cook. For an extra touch of flavor, try adding a splash of white wine to the butter mixture. Additionally, you can experiment with different herbs such as thyme or dill for a unique twist.
