Smoky Chipotle Tomatillo Green-Chili Salsa

Ingredients:
500g fresh tomatillos, peeled and rinsed

2-3 green chilies (e.g., jalapeños or serranos), deseeded, depending on desired spiciness

1-2 dried chipotle chilies (soaked in hot water for 20 minutes)
Alternatively: 1 tbsp chipotle in adobo

1 small white onion, roughly chopped

2-3 garlic cloves, peeled

1 bunch fresh cilantro

Juice of 1 lime

Salt to taste

Optional: 1 tbsp olive oil for more depth
