Ingredients: (For 6 rolls)
6 large slices of smoked salmon
1 large avocado
200 g of fromage blanc or fresh cheese (Philadelphia type)
2 tablespoons of lime juice
1 tablespoon of chopped fresh chives
1 tablespoon of chopped fresh parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
Lemon zest (for decoration)
Preparation:
Prepare the filling:

Mash the avocado with a fork to obtain a puree.
Mix with the fromage blanc, lime juice, chives and parsley. Season with salt and pepper.
Assemble the rolls:
Lay a slice of smoked salmon flat. Spread a thin layer of the filling over the entire surface.

Cut and serve:
