Brush turkey with oil.
Mix the spices and rub into the turkey.
Place the turkey breast side up in a 6 quart slow cooker.
Cover and cook on LOW for 5-6 hours.
Notes:
This turkey takes about 5 hours to cook in the slow cooker. Once the turkey breast was cooked, I placed it in a baking pan and put it under the broiler for a few minutes to crisp up the skin.
If you’re not a fan of the skin, you can remove the skin before cooking. Either way, it will be amazing!
