200 g wheat flour
1 tsp salt
110 ml water
1 tbsp oil
This is how you prepare the tarte flambée:
It’s almost impossible to make it easier, because for the dough you simply knead all the ingredients into a smooth dough. So put the flour, salt, oil and water in a bowl and form a lump of dough. If you have a Thermomix, it will do this for you: set it to the 1 minute kneading setting and it will do it.
You don’t have to let the finished dough rest now. You can roll it out thinly and place it on a baking tray lined with baking paper or baking foil.
Spread the crème fraîche on your tarte flambée and then top it as you like.
Bake the tarte flambée in a preheated oven at 250°C top and bottom heat for 15-20 minutes.
