Shrimp mimosa eggs

Preparation
Boil the eggs for about 10 minutes and peel them.
Cut the shallot as finely as possible.
Walk the mayonnaise.
Peel the shrimps. Cut the eggs in half, remove and crush the yolks carefully and add the mayonnaise and spices.
Mix everything and fill the egg whites with a socket pocket with a toothed socket.
Dispose of the shrimps and sprinkle them with a pinch of paprika.
