Shrimp Marinated in Soy Sauce with Egg Whites

Instructions

1. Prepare the Soy Sauce Marinade:
In a bowl, combine:

Minced chili

Minced garlic

Chili powder

Sesame seeds

Heat a small amount of oil and pour it over the mixture. Then add:

2 tablespoons fish sauce

1 tablespoon tamarind oil

1 tablespoon vinegar

1/2 tablespoon salt

1/2 tablespoon sugar

Stir well until fully combined.

2. Prepare the Shrimp:
Steam the shrimp with sliced ginger and a splash of cooking wine. Once cooked, peel and set aside.

3. Prepare the Eggs & Corn:

Boil chicken eggs for about 10 minutes. Peel and separate the whites from the yolks.

Boil the corn until cooked, then cut into pieces if desired.

4. Assemble the Dish:
In a bowl, combine the shrimp, corn, and egg whites. Drizzle the prepared soy sauce mixture over the top.

Serving Suggestions

Serve warm or at room temperature. Garnish with extra sesame seeds or fresh herbs if desired.
