1 3/4 cups almond flour

3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
2 ounces cream cheese
1 tablespoon baking powder

Instructions:

5. Shape each portion into a ball, flatten into a burger bun shape, and arrange on a lined tray.
6. Brush the tops with the remaining beaten egg and add sesame seeds if desired.
7. Bake for 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
