Ingredients (for approx. 12 tartlets)
For the sweet potato shell:
500g sweet potatoes (peeled, diced)
1 egg (or 2 tbsp plant-based milk + 1 tsp cornstarch for vegans)
3 tbsp oat flour or spelt flour
1 tsp paprika, ½ tsp salt, pinch of nutmeg
For the chicken filling:
250g chicken breast, finely diced or cooked and shredded
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 garlic clove, crushed
1 tsp thyme, ½ tsp rosemary (fresh or dried)
100g cream cheese or crème fraîche
1 tbsp olive oil
