Sausage & Rotel Cheesy Bites 🌶️🧀

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cook Sausage: In a skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned and fully cooked. Break it apart as it cooks to make sure it’s crumbled.

Mix Ingredients: Once the sausage is cooked, add the Rotel (drained), cheddar cheese, cream cheese, and sour cream. Stir everything together until well combined and creamy. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Prepare Crescent Rolls: Roll out the crescent dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Cut into small squares, enough to wrap around the filling.

Fill and Fold: Place a spoonful of the sausage and cheese mixture in the center of each crescent square. Fold the edges over the filling, pinching them to seal.

Bake: Bake for about 12-15 minutes or until the dough is golden brown and fully cooked.

Serve: Let them cool slightly before serving. You can garnish with chopped green onions or additional cheese if you’d like!
