Recipe for fresh cabbage and carrot empanadas

Instructions:
Start by preheating your oven to 180°C (350°F) and preparing a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, shredded carrot, eggs, salt, black pepper, rolled oats, grated cheese, flour, and minced garlic. Mix well to ensure ingredients are evenly distributed.
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium to low heat. Once hot, form the mixture into patties and place them in the pan. Cook each burger until golden brown on both sides, making sure they are cooked through but still moist inside.
