Raspberry and pistachio tarts

Preparation:
Sweet dough: mix flour, butter, sugar, eggs. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Pistachio cream: Mix pistachios, sugar, butter, egg.
Assembly: spread dough, add cream, bake 180°C for 15 min.
Filling: whipped cream + raspberries.
Preparation time: 30 min | Cooking time: 20 min | Servings: 6 tarts
