Raclette Potato Rolls…

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
In a bowl, combine the grated Gruyère cheese, onion, grated potatoes, and eggs. Season with salt and pepper.
Blend the mixture for 5 seconds at speed 5.

Spread the mixture on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, forming a rectangle. Bake for 25 minutes.
Let cool, then arrange the ham and Raclette cheese slices on top.
Roll everything up to form a roll.
Return to the oven for 10 minutes.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
