🍳 Preparation:
Cream the butter and sugar until fluffy: In a large bowl, cream the lemon juice, butter, and sugar until fluffy.
Add the remaining ingredients: Stir in the vanilla sugar, eggs, and salt. Add the pudding powder, milk, flour, and baking powder and mix well.
Portion the batter: Use two teaspoons to place small heaps onto two baking sheets. This batter will make about 18 small American cakes.
Baking: Bake the American cookies for 10-15 minutes at 200°C (top/bottom heat) until golden brown.
Prepare the glaze: Brush the American cookies with lemon glaze while they’re still hot.
