Puff pastry sticks stuffed with ham and cheese are the only four items you will need.

Here is how the process works: In the beginning, lay out the puff pastry and put half of the sour cream over one side of the dough by rolling it out. The top should be covered with half of the diced ham and cheese. The side of the puff pastry that is not lined should be folded over the other side.

Repeat the process of spreading the remaining sour cream over half of the dough, and then arrange the grated cheese and diced ham on top of the dough. Fold the half of the dough that has not been covered over it.

Make strips out of the puff pastry at this point. Before placing on a baking sheet that has been prepared with baking paper, carefully twist the dough into a spiral. Bake for about twenty minutes at a temperature of 190 degrees.

Another variation: if you use smoked salmon instead of ham, these sticks will also have a very delicious flavor. Approximately 200 grams are required for this.
