Potato zucchini carrot pan in 15 minutes 😋

So my dears, first I scrub the potatoes, cook them until done, peel them and then fry them in a pan in which the oil has already been heated.
Then I cut the zucchini into triangles (first into slices and then into quarters), then I add these to the potatoes and fry until they are slightly yellowish-brown.
Now in the meantime I grate the carrot and add it.

Then I season everything with soy sauce, Tabasco, quite a lot of pepper, a little chili, maybe a little ginger and herbs such as e.g. B. Parsley.
This recipe can be varied wonderfully: For vegetables, for example, you can also use paprika and for spices, you can also use curry or spice mixtures, you can also add cheese such as Gouda or feta.
