Potato Pure Grain and Hachée Meat

Step-by-step preparation
Step 1: Prepare Potato Purity
Cook the potatoes: Peel and cut the potatoes into equal pieces for uniform cooking. Cook them in a large saucepan of salted boiling water for about 15 to 20 minutes, until they are tender.
Crush the potatoes: Drop the potatoes, then crush them with a chest of drawers or fork, adding the butter and milk gradually to obtain a creamy texture. Season with salt and pepper to your taste.
Step 2: Prepare the Meat Sauce
Fry the vegetables: In a frying pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion and return it until it becomes translucent.
Add the garlic: Add the garlic and have it come back for a few seconds, just to release its aroma.
Cook the meat: Incorporate the minced meat, breaking it with a spatula. Cook until golden.
Add the tomatoes and broth: Pour the crushed tomatoes and beef broth, then add the herbs of Provence or the thyme if you wish. Let it simmer for about 10 to 15 minutes to reduce the sauce and make it thicker. Season with salt and pepper at the end of cooking.
Step 3: Gratin Mounting
Preheat the oven to 180oC (350oF).
Assembling the diapers: In a gratin dish, spread out a first layer of mashed potatoes at the bottom of the dish.
Add the meat: Then put a layer of meat in a sauce.
Repeat diapers: Alternate the layers of puree and meat in sauce until the ingredients are exhausted, terminating in a layer of puree.
