Instructions

  1. Prepare Ingredients – Wash and peel the pineapple, carrots, and ginger. Cut them into small chunks for easier juicing or blending.

  2. Juice – Run all ingredients through a juicer until smooth.
    (If using a blender): Blend with 1 cup water, then strain through a fine mesh sieve or nut milk bag.
