500ml (2 cups) water
150g (2 cups) broccoli, finely chopped
1 onion, finely chopped

50g (1 3/4 cups) spinach, chopped
1 teaspoon Korean chili flakes
1 teaspoon ground coriander
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
Salt and ground black pepper to taste
5 tablespoons corn flour
Chickpea crumbs or breadcrumbs for coating
Some oil for frying
