3. Mix all the ingredients well until a cohesive mixture forms.
4. Roll the mixture into small bite-sized balls (about 1 inch in diameter).
5. Place the bites on the prepared baking sheet.
6. Bake for 18-22 minutes, or until lightly golden brown and firm to the touch.
7. Let the bites cool slightly before serving. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days.
