Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
Remove the Camembert from its plastic wrapper and place it back in its wooden box (or wrap it in aluminum foil if it’s in a cardboard box).
Make cross-shaped cuts on top of the Camembert.
Add the crushed almonds, honey, and herbs. Drizzle with olive oil and season with pepper.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, until the Camembert is very soft.
Enjoy immediately by dipping pieces of toasted bread into the melted cheese.
