π₯ 2 tablespoons of icing sugar
π¬ 100 g marshmallows (small coloured ones)
πΏ A few mint leaves for decoration

1οΈβ£ Preparation of mandarins:
Pour the syrup from the mandarins and pat them dry on kitchen paper. Keep a few pieces for decoration.
2οΈβ£ Preparation of the cream:
Whip the cold whipping cream in a bowl until stiff.
Add the mascarpone and icing sugar and mix gently until smooth.
3οΈβ£ Combine ingredients:
Gently stir the mandarins into the cream.
Pour the mixture into a large bowl or individual cups.

Distribute the remaining mandarin segments on top.
Sprinkle the dessert with colored marshmallows.
Add mint leaves for freshness.
