Ingredients (for 1-2 servings):

100g coconut flour

250ml water (or unsweetened plant-based milk, optional)

Preparation:

Mix coconut flour and water in a bowl until smooth. The batter should be thick – add a little more water if necessary.

Heat a non-stick pan (without oil or with a little coconut oil).

Pour the batter into the pan in a thin layer and spread evenly (like crepes).

Bake at medium heat for 2-3 minutes per side, until the flatbread is easy to remove.
