Not just vinegar to get rid of cockroaches at home with natural methods: here are 4 unknown tricks!

First we need to understand the origin of these insects. Indeed, they may have been attracted by food left in a corner, especially if it is loaded with sugar. The first step is therefore to thoroughly check the kitchen and pantries. Cockroaches tend to nest in damp and poorly lit places . For this reason, we also check the bathroom, especially the joints and floors, and where we keep our trash. We always do a check to prevent the formation of these insects.
Cockroaches are dangerous for us because they can cause allergies and, in any case, they are carriers of pests and diseases. However, the chemicals used to kill them could also be toxic. There are several natural methods
to scare away cockroaches and proceed with a pest control that you can do yourself.

Simple soap and water to get rid of cockroaches quickly
Not only vinegar to kill cockroaches, but also some more aromatic solutions. The first ingredient to be used against these insects is certainly Marseille soap . We just need to create a solution composed of water and soap and put it inside a container with a spray bottle. Then let’s spray it in the corners of the house and in the points where we have noticed possible cockroaches. These will disappear in no time.
Also, not everyone knows that catnip is another plant used to scare away cockroaches. These insects really can’t stand it and that’s why they move away if they come into contact with it. We put the jars in the corners affected by cockroaches and they will disappear immediately.

The best direct allies of the kitchen
Other allies against these insects come directly from our kitchen. In fact, rosemary, bay leaves and garlic are very powerful natural repellents. Cockroaches hate their smell and will quickly escape if we use them correctly. We only need to make bunches of rosemary or bay leaves and place them in the infested areas . For garlic, it will be enough to put a few cloves, always in the affected areas.
Finally, if we want to create a death trap for cockroaches, we can use two inexpensive ingredients, such as baking soda and sugar. Let’s create a compound, mixing the two ingredients, and sprinkle it on the spots where the cockroaches are present. They will ingest our solution, which is toxic to them. In this way, we will eliminate the problem quickly.
