My sister served this to guests at a bbq, and everyone asked her for the recipe

1. Add the sauerkraut to a greased slow cooker, followed by the potatoes and sausages. (Optional: Brown the sausages first for maximum flavor.)
2. Add the broth, caraway seeds, and bay leaf to the slow cooker. Season with rich seasoning.
3. Cover the slow cooker and cook on low heat for 6–8 hours or on high heat for 3–4 hours.

Optional: Add grated cheese at the end!

Serve the Polish sausage, sauerkraut, and potatoes in your slow cooker hot, garnished with fresh parsley leaves, if desired. The tender sausages, spicy sauerkraut, and perfectly cooked potatoes create a delicious combination that will warm you from the inside out.
