Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, shredded Parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper, minced garlic, and garlic powder.
Mix all the ingredients in the bowl until well combined.
Lightly spray a baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
Place the boneless, skinless chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish.
Evenly spread the mayonnaise and Parmesan mixture over the top of each chicken breast, ensuring they are fully coated.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). The topping should be golden brown and slightly bubbly.
