Preheat your oven to 375oF (190oC).
Place the pie crust in a 9-inch pie dish, cutting the excess dough over the edges.
In a large bowl, mix the blueberries, granulated sugar, cornstick, lemon juice and vanilla extract. Mix gently until the blueberries are coated uniformly and then pour the mixture into the prepared pie crust.
In another bowl, mix the flour, oat flakes, brown sugar, cinnamon and salt. Add the diced butter and use your fingers or a dough cutter to mix until the mixture looks like coarse breadcrumbs.
Sprinkle the crumble trim uniformly on the bilberry lining.
Place the pie on a baking tray to collect the drops, then bake in a preheated oven for 45 to 50 minutes, or until the oath trim and the trim is golden.
Allow the pie to cool for at least 2 hours before serving to allow the trim to take.
