My family devoured it all! Doubling the recipe next time!

Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs and season them with salt and pepper.
In a bowl, mix together the honey, BBQ sauce, apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Place the ribs on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil and brush them generously with the honey BBQ sauce mixture.
Cover the ribs with another piece of foil and bake in the preheated oven for 2.5 to 3 hours, or until the meat is tender and pulls away from the bone.
Remove the foil and increase the oven temperature to 400°F (200°C). Brush the ribs with more sauce and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the glaze is caramelized and sticky.
Let the ribs rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
Variations & Tips
For a spicier kick, add a teaspoon of cayenne pepper or a dash of hot sauce to the glaze. If you prefer a smokier flavor, try using smoked paprika in the sauce. For those who enjoy a more tangy taste, increase the amount of apple cider vinegar. You can also experiment with different types of honey, such as wildflower or clover, to subtly change the flavor profile. If you’re cooking for a crowd, consider doubling the recipe and using a grill for the final caramelization step to add a smoky char.
