Mouthwatering Cherry Danish Pastries

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Cut puff pastry into squares. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.

Add a spoonful of cream cheese mixture and cherry pie filling to the center of each square. Fold or shape as desired.

Brush edges with egg wash and bake for 15–18 minutes until golden and puffy.

Drizzle with glaze if desired and serve warm or cooled
