Mini pancake skewers with fruit

Ingredients for 8 mini pancake skewers
For the dough

3 eggs

250 ml milk

200 g wheat flour

30 g sugar

2 tsp baking powder

1 pinch of salt
For the pan

Coconut oil

For skewering

400 g strawberries

3 bananas

Nutella

Here’s how to prepare the mini pancakes:
Beat the eggs and put them in a bowl. Mix them with the sugar until frothy. Add the flour, milk, salt and baking powder and mix everything well.
Heat some oil in a pan and then use a spoon to add small blobs of oil. Then let the pancakes fry for about 2 minutes on each side before you take them out and let them cool down.
And this is how you decorate them to make pretty mini pancake skewers
Now cut the bananas and the washed strawberries into slices.
Spread each mini pancake with chocolate cream and then place a banana slice and another mini pancake on top.
Skewer them on small wooden sticks and finish off the sweet finger food with a strawberry, raspberry or blueberry.
Arrange the mini pancake skewers on a plate with other colorful fruit.
