Mini crepes stuffed with Nutella

Combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl. In a separate bowl, whisk the egg yolks, then add the milk and butter. Add the flour mixture and whisk until well blended but still lumpy.
In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form. Add 1/3 of the egg whites to the batter and gently fold to combine. Add the remaining egg whites and gently fold until just combined.
Spray a pan with cooking spray and place it on the stovetop over medium heat. Once the pan is hot, pour about 2 tablespoons of batter into each well. Pour about 1 teaspoon of Nutella into the center of each well. Spoon enough batter on top to seal the crepes. Once the surface begins to bubble, flip the crepes using two skewers, so the cooked side is facing up. Cook until the bottom turns golden brown.
Transfer the crepes to a plate and enjoy!
