Preheat the oven to 220°C. Roll out the pizza dough and place it on a baking sheet. Finely chop the onion and bell pepper and fry in a pan with a little olive oil until fragrant. Now add the minced beef and cook, stirring occasionally, until cooked through. Season with salt, pepper, and oregano for a nice flavor. Generously spread the tomato sauce over the rolled-out dough. Spread the minced beef mixture evenly over the dough and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake the pizza for about 15–20 minutes, until the cheese is golden brown. Remove from the oven, cut into slices, and enjoy immediately.
