Melon and Milk Drink

Prepare the melon:
Cut the melon in half and remove the seeds.
Grate or cut the melon flesh into thin strips or small cubes.
Assemble the drink:
In a large pitcher, combine the evaporated milk, water, and sweetened condensed milk. Add sugar if desired.
Stir in melon chunks or strands.
Add extras (optional):
Cooked tapioca pearls, nata de coco, jelly cubes, etc.
Chill:
Add ice cubes just before serving or refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Serve chilled in clear glasses or jars to enhance the texture.
