Mix the minced meat with the parmesan, breadcrumbs, parsley, salt, pepper and egg.
Press and spread the meat mixture into a rectangle on the baking paper.
Arrange the slices of cheese and ham. Using the baking paper, roll the meat and wrap the two ends of the paper to close it.
Let it rest in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Once the time has passed, cut the roll into slices and then place them on the oven tray.
Cook the rolls in a static oven at 180°C for 30 minutes.
