Ingredients
1 cup cottage cheese
1 egg
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon olive oil (for cooking)
Fillings of choice (e.g., sliced avocado, eggs, bacon, etc)
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a medium bowl, mix together the cottage cheese, egg, salt, and black pepper until well combined. You can also add Italian or garlic powder if desired.
2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a teaspoon of olive oil.
3. Pour half of the cottage cheese mixture into the skillet, spreading it out evenly to form a thin wrap on baking sheet.
4. Bake wrap in oven for 30 mins or so. While that is cooking, make and prepare your fillings of choice.
5. Fill the wraps with your choice of fillings, roll them up, and serve immediately.
