Preparation, step by step
First, put 2 eggs, salt, and milk in a bowl and mix everything by hand.
“` Next, add the flour and continue stirring until well blended.
On the other side, add the ground beef, 1 egg, 5 g of salt, black pepper, and finely chopped garlic cloves to a bowl.
Immediately mix everything together with your hands.
Next, place the meatball roll in a plastic wrap and spread it out into a rectangle with your hands.
Next, spread a layer of feta cheese on top of the ground beef.
On the other side, place a rectangular piece of plastic wrap and layer sliced salami with melted cheese pieces.
Then, add another piece of plastic wrap and press down with a rolling pin. Once both ingredients are combined, add it to the ground beef along with the cheese slices.
Then, slowly roll it up, but first, place 3 pickled cucumbers in the center. Once it’s completely rolled up, seal the ends with the plastic wrap.
Finally, we put it in the freezer for about 30 minutes. When the time is up, we take it out and remove the plastic wrap.
Now we cut it into slices and toss each slice in the flour and milk mixture we reserved.
Meanwhile, we heat a frying pan with oil until it is well heated and fry each slice until golden brown on both sides. When removing them from the pan, we place them on a tray lined with absorbent paper to remove any excess oil.
On the other hand, we start preparing the sauce in a frying pan, adding the butter and, once it has melted, adding the chopped onion, the chopped garlic cloves, and the white wine.
Once the alcohol has evaporated and the onions are browned, it’s time to add the milk cream and continue stirring while adding salt, black pepper, and chopped parsley.
