Learn how to clean the backs of pans and leave them looking like new

To clean the blackened back of your pans and other containers, cut it in half and use the skin to rub the encrusted stains. Thanks to its acidic properties, the citrus fruit will eliminate greasy residue in no time. All you have to do is rub with a sponge and then rinse. Little bonus: lemon turns out to be an excellent disinfectant!
