Keto Philly Cheesesteak Roll Ups .

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil. Sauté the peppers and onions until soft and lightly browned, about 6-8 minutes. Remove from heat.

In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.

Lay slices of roast beef flat. Spread a thin layer of cream cheese mixture over each slice.

Top each with sautéed peppers and onions, then a slice of provolone cheese.

Roll each beef slice up tightly and place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.

Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
