Keep Garlic Fresh and Intact for a Year: A Chef’s Secret

*ingredients
cooking spray
4 chicken thighs
2 cups long grain white rice
2 cups of chicken broth
(15 ounce) can Cream of Chicken Soup
A can (15 ounces) of mushroom soup
½ chopped yellow onion
½ chopped red pepper
1 tablespoon of freshly minced oregano
1 ½ teaspoons all-purpose spices
*How to make
Preheat toven 350°F (175°C). Spraying baking pan with cooking spray
Combine rice, broth, chicken soup, mushroom soup, onion, bell pepper, and oregano in a bowl; Mixing well.
Pour the rice mixture to prepared dish. Season chicken breasts with all-purpose seasoning and placing on rice mixture. Cover the plate tightly with aluminum foil.
Baking in a preheated oven for 30 to 35 min
An instant-read thermometer inserted to center should read at least 165°F (74°C).
