Just ricotta, an egg, cheese and spinach! Ready in 10 minutes

Drain the ricotta and place it in a large bowl.
Add the breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, egg, and nutmeg. Mix well.
In a skillet, heat a little oil and cook the spinach (fresh or thawed) until the water evaporates. Add the spinach to the ricotta and mix. Add the flour as well.
Shape small, elongated gnocchi with your hands, then flour them and place them on a plate.
Cook the malfatti in boiling water for 3 to 4 minutes. Drain and season with melted butter and Parmesan.
