Ingredients:
1000g flour
2 eggs
20g (1 tbsp) sugar
A pinch of salt
140ml (3/5 cup) water (warm)
40g (½ cup) green onion, sliced

Mix the flour with the yeast, sugar, eggs and warm water. Knead well, cover and let rise for 2 hours.
Roll the dough into a rectangle, garnish with sliced green onion and roll into a log. Roll the log cut into circles again, and let rise for 30 minutes.
Fry each bun in preheated vegetable oil until golden on both sides.
